Task Description
For homework before the Monday week three tutorial we were asked to begin the assignment by completing the executive summary for the Design document and during class we were put into groups of three to provide suggestios and improvements on their project ideas.
My Project Idea
My idea for my interactive would be an instructional website aimed at school kids aged 8-12 and teachers. It would be used in the classroom to educate children on the world’s current situation on marine plastice pollution and how it effects the world’s oceans. It would also offer small everyday solutions that would help the problem, such as, saving water, and picking up rubbish.
Feedback
After presenting this idea to my classmates I was told to focus on a location, such as the house, playground or ocean, to keep the informtaiton specific.
For suggestions I was told to provide small animations to help illustrate dos and don’ts, since my target audience are children and it would help to keep them engaged. Clean up Australia day was suggested as a take action.
